Daily Calm and Mindfulness

Pretty much every day in our classroom we listened to a guided medication that talked us through a variety of mindfulness strategies and lessons aimed at helping the kids be able to stop, calm their bodies, and explore their body sensations in relation to the present moment and developing self regulation strategies. The Calm and Headspace apps are free for teachers and I highly recommend them! This time was as helpful for me as it was for the kids!
